OK. Is that the Terror Squad guy telling Tracy about the disturbance? Has the maestro found his way out of the embassy? Is he the disturbance… is it the kid… or did the Terror Squad guy notice Virgil Ohso telling the kid to get lost? So many questions. Is Tracy up to it after getting caught in the floooom?

The ‘talking head’ in the 3rd panel says nothing about ‘killing’ tonight….

Actually drwatson I believe it to be more correct for them to say “Detective Tracy there’s a CROWD at the DISTURBANCE!” but then again I could be wrong.
