Shaker State Oil. Totally not Quaker State Oil.

Very nice Mr. Scancarelli. There’s very little notice of Labor Day anymore. Most stores don’t close anymore and people flock to them for them for the sales. There’s no holiday for the employees in those stores, of course.

I assume the green barrel contained Quaker State oil.

“The United Society of Believers in Christ’s Second Appearing, known as the Shakers, was a religious sect founded in the 18th century in England, having branched off from a Quaker community.” There aren’t too many of them left now, since they believe in celibacy.

I didn’t know the garage was so big or had such a big yard! Also I thought it was closer to downtown.

Even Good Will has big sales on Labor Day. Everything is half off. It used to be a free day for everyone. Now even the thrift stores are open.

Wow, that’s a big lot behind the garage. I always thought it was right in town.
