It’s not Autumn I mind so much – I actually enjoy it – it’s what FOLLOWS Autumn that I don’t care for.

After lo, these many years, following Overboard since its inception, I never cease to find Mr. Dunham’s strip amusing. For some odd reason, this one was especially funny.

Autumn in south Texas.: Daytime highs in the 80’s, overnight lows in the 60’s. Summer in south Texas: Daytime highs in the upper 90’s and low 100’s, overnight lows in the upper 70’s and low 80’s. I think I prefer Autumn, thank you very much. Message to Nate: You have plenty of padding to deal with the colder weather, and will need to maintain it. Relieve the mice from diet maintenance chores.
