Good to see both Karen and Jonathan contributing to this strip — I know Greg is about my age, and presumably will think about retirement in the next few years. The way is open for the younger members of the family to continue on with the strip, rather than it slipping into reprints à la Lynn Johnston or Bill Watterson. There are plenty of interesting storylines being progressed simultaneously in this strip, and it is good to think they may continue for the foreseeable future!
And just because not every contributor gets a personal response does not mean Greg or other members of the family don’t read these posts! But frankly, I am happy to think of them spending their days on the strip, rather than reading posts, many of which are not (sorry!) terribly useful.

Geez, you think Jonathan reads these boards, whereas Evans doesn’t?

@Meh, I’ve noticed that the newer artists tend to read and reply to the boards. It’s really cool when they do.

Great work! Hopefully this means that the strip will continue beyond Greg’s eventual retirement, if he chooses that route.

I am impressed! I thought this was a rerun; instead, it is a reimagined flashback.
