He’s hired! (I think.) I wonder if he got the plastic surgery specifically for this role, but I seem to recall he didn’t like the look.
So, if this is Mr. Moore, who is Mr. Mel O. Dee? Mr. Dee owes money to Gruesome? I don’t suppose he came here looking to get hired at all, come to think of it.
I posted this late yesterday, but I don’t think anyone saw it.You are the Director for the play Arsenic and Old Lace at the Patterson Playhouse. You have Vitamin Flintheart as one of your cast members. What role do you have him play?1 – Mortimer Brewster2 – Jonathan Brewster3 – Teddy Brewster4 – Dr. Herman Einstein5 – Mr. Witherspoon6 – Reverend Dr. Harper7 – Lt. Rooney8 – Officer O’Hara9 – Officer Brophy10 – Officer Klein11 – Mr. GibbsYou get one guess. I’m curious to see who most of you think he will be.
Once played Officer Klein in a production with William Shatner in the lead, Helen Hayes as one of the sisters and Peter Lupus as Jonathan. It was a summer stock show that only run for one week, but was still fun.
Stilldamatt, tell Stilldamama to keep up with StilldaMaalox and try not to think about you! Tsull, RWM, and I will keep you occupied long enough for those ulcers to disappear! We, of course, are hardened and experienced veterans!
It would appear that Mr. Moore is the director and that Mel O. Dee, who was seated in the house yesterday with his Girl Friday, is the (or a) producer. What drew Gruesome to the Patterson Playhouse is yet to be seen, but it looks as though he will be cast as Jonathan (sic). Moore has no idea what he’s getting into!
I realize you can go to another site, and Mike will give away all sorts of “inside” info about the strip. Just like, if you’re reading a mystery, you can “fast forward” to the ending. But then what’s the point of reading it to began with? I suppose the point here is that it makes whoever drops this info here feel helpful or something, but recent revelations have done nothing but spoil it for me over and over, because once you know certain other stuff, you can correctly figure out a lot of things in advance you’re better off not knowing at that point in the story. I am not going to give examples of the recent stuff awhile back, because then I’d be guilty of the same thing…..but sure wish people could resist doing this……

Here’s to a class act. As far as I can tell, VistaBill personally thanked everyone who gave him a birthday wish…Looking forward to 81, VB!

Except for the high forehead, Gruesome could almost be Peter Capaldi ;)

I would cast Vitamin as Witherspoon, played by Edward Everett Horton in the movie.

@Tarry PlaguerSince he is too old to play Mortimer, I’m going with Teddy. (Unless he goes in drag as one of the aunts)
