Then just perhaps it would be better to do something besides being a couch potato (or chair, as in this case). Read a book, make something with a hobby, go for a walk, or even just get some sleep, at least until the next election. Heck, you could even get on the internet and make comments on sites such as this one!!

Last night was a virtual landslide of sleazy political commercials. They put the National Enquirer to journalistic shame. The media is probably making money hand over fist but I think I am going to live in a cave for the next week and a half.

No wonder folks don’t vote! The ads make all of the candidates look like Satanists!

32 individuals contributed more money in the last presidential election than all other donors combined. That makes it seem like it is impossible for the middle class to have any say in what happens in this country. Nothing could be further from the truth. Those 32 people only have 32 votes. The Middle Class has millions…………………………………………………………………………….………………The only thing that is going to save the Middle Class is the Middle Class. We are the 99%—- that means we have the votes to elect people who will actually represent middle class workers and provide a safety net for those who are trying to get into the middle class. We all need to know WHO is supporting the candidates. That is who they will be working for. They have no choice if they want to stay in office. You have to do the bidding of whoever is paying your way, just the same as we all do in our jobs. So, before going to vote, look it up on the internet. Open Secrets is a good site, but there are plenty ………………………………………………………………………….………………….. If the candidate is getting their money from small donors or from unions, they are going to be working for middle class working people. If their donations are from corporations or from 1%ers, that’s who their votes are going to be working for. They are not going to go against them and do anything to help the middle class……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….It would be political suicide.

If you really want to eliminate negative ads, vote against anyone who runs one. The campaigns have people who determine what works. They run those ads because they work, and they work because most voters don’t do enough research to make logical decisions, they actually believe what they see on TV. If enough people voted against those ads, they would disappear just as soon as the politicos realized they weren’t working.

Inhofe of Oklahoma calls for small government and large military. He may be looking for a military coup to advance his priorities. He may also be wanting a large military to protect us from the effect of his international policies in other countries.

“I’ll take the manipulation of the truth over the outright lies.”.Then you’ll be switching your vote from Democrat. From USNEWS:.“There is a “truth gap” in Washington, but it doesn’t exist along the lines the fact checkers would have you think. It was Obama who said you could keep the health care you had if you liked it, even if Obamacare became law. It was Obama who said the Citizens United decision would open the floodgates of foreign money into U.S. campaigns. It was Obama who said Benghazi happened because of a YouTube video. It was Obama’s IRS that denied conservative political groups had been singled out for special scrutiny. And it was Obama who promised that taxes would not go up for any American making less than $250,000 per year.".Be honest. You’ll take Democrat no matter what.
