Just keep in mind how good it will feel when you take it off… now get out there and ‘sleigh’ them.

Looks like Brad regained his Christmas spirit!

He’s going to make a great dad.

I don’t think Brad was really complaining. He was just making remarks about the costume.

I think this proves he was simply venting at Luann last week. This is how the real Brad treats Christmas. It’s totally for the kids.

Also, a callback to that fire fighter’s calender where Brad was the picture for December.

For all of you who have been grousing for a Brad and Toni strip:here’s your bone.

I’d like to see an update on the Brad & Toni storyline this coming week. It’s too soon to get back to Gunther & Rosa, and the dorm life of Bernice and Tiffany isn’t all that compelling. Also, a week of interaction between Quill & Luann wouldn’t be bad, either…

“Is that Shannon on the right edge?”-————————————————As all the other kids are apparently younger representatives of the rest of the Luann cast, I suspect the raven-haired child is supposed to be an avatar of Crystal.

This is what Toni found attractive about Brad from the start- how he interacts with kids. Love it.

The little kids love Santa Claus, and Bradley thrives on it! Fear not, Toni. And if Shannon (as that black-haired girl certainly looks like her) recognizes him, well, that shouldn’t deter the other kids. (I can remember way back to my early youth when one or another uncle would portray Santa; I would recognize him, but went along with the deception so as not to disappoint the grups….)

Quite the turn around from last Sunday when Brad was the total Grinch.

They should have hired Brad at Montoni’s Pizza.

“I’d argue that Brad is too young to be a convincing Santa though. All it takes is one somewhat intelligent kid to notice how young Santa’s face looks and you have a bunch of traumatized kids when the jig is up.”.Nah, Santa being a magical creature isn’t limited to old age wrinkles and such mundane things. Churches had me play Santa for them in my mid twenties because I brought the right personality to the gig. Nowadays, kids run up to hug me on the assumption I must at least know the fellow.

Maybe. But I don’t think she’d blow his cover at this point.

It would seem, though, that all the other boy wants for XMAS is his “two front teeth!” ;-PPP

As this Santa is a firefighter, they’d have to nominate one of the higher-ups to be Santa as all the regular guys are younger.

All this complaining from a guy, who, on the job, wears a huge hat, a canvas suit, a mask, and sometimes an air tank on his back?

I “heart” SC. Who knew Evans was a fan of South Carolina? Or does he mean “Southern California”?

Perhaps, Santa Claus?

Brad has evolved for the better and Toni sees a secure future with him. (Dull stuff, but secure).

Actually, I thought today’s strip was light-hearted! And doesn’t your heart melt when the children shout “Santa!!!” For awhile these kids get to forget all of the things that bother children at that age, and revel in being the believing children that they are. Sweet.
