One UPS driver bordered on rudeness by coming into our office, never speaking, never smiled, and never seemed in a hurry walking up or down our long hallway. One day he delivered a heavy new phone/fax machine, which we could not possibly lift (all women, but not strong ones). Since he would be passing the door of the office (where the machine was needed) on his way out with his dolly, we made the mistake of asking him if he could leave the box in front of their door. Brother, did he ever speak to us then informing us that he could not, he was against regulations, and we could get him fired. That did it. The senior secretary called UPS and they changed his route. And the jerk even came back and gave us lips because of it. We would have called and complained, but we figured he might just come back with a gun. We later switched to USPS. They may shoot people but only co-workers it seems, not customers. And finally, our postal workers smile, laugh, carry boxes any where, and ever bring holiday treats for all of us. And they get a big fat envelope from us in return. We’ll never go back to UPS.

Maybe you should call Mulder and Scully.
