SIGN: 15 days without an elf getting mangled in gift wrapping machine
And that was elf-inflicted.
But how many days not accidentally packing an elf in a box?
Have you read Steven King’s “The Mangler”?
But there’s been more than a few cases of tinslitus
Ah! They must have figured out to stay in the fetal position after hours.
That doesn’t sound like nearly enough days to make anyone feel comfortable.
Interesting that a “mangle” is an old ironing machine dating back as far as the late 16th century. In the US, it is called a “wringer”. Based upon this, a package getting “mangled” would come out nicely pressed…
Falling objects can be brutal if you don’t protect your noodle!! Work safely and carry a big lunch box..
