He’s saving those little blue pills for Liesl. The kid’s hallucinating already he’s seeing little pills floating down all around him. I think this Bacon’s gone off!

No prob, I’ll give you some Ritalin but I’m saving the roofies for Liesl. Uncle Bill taught me that.

And no, not the Uncle Bill from Family Affair, while we’re talking about drug addicts. Most of the people on that show died from drugs. Buffy, Jody, Mr. French (Food). I’m not sure about the older sister who I thought was pretty hot when I was a tween. And is Brian Keith still alive?

It looks like they’re already smoking pot, what’s a little ritalin gonna hurt?

Unhinged? I have never in my life heard a high school kid use the word “unhinged” in a sentence. I believe “crazy” would be the preferred adjective.

Bacon is the wierdest character I believe I’ve seen since I’ve been reading this. He looks ‘physco’ in panel two. Should be ‘shower scene’ music in the background for that panel.

Did the earth just tremble in the Chicago area? I feel eruption is imminent for some reason.

Interesting turn of events…we just had a HS senior suspended and sent to the alternative school for purchasing a controlled substance (an ADHD drug) from another student…she apparently wanted it to “focus better” while taking the ACT exam.

That could be the culmination, if Bobby gives him pills, if he takes them, if he plays in any games, if Milford wins, if they go to the post season, if he gets caught, if Gil does nothing about it – thanks for mapping that out for us. Another culmination of the plot could be that Bacon transmogrifies into the Incredible Hulk, saves the planet and an important lesson is learned by all – we really don’t know at this point do we?

Can you imagine what Gil Thorp would be like if the writers had ADHD? Oh…wait…
