Pensions are becoming rarer. Social Security and 401k savings (hah!) are all most people have.

But . . . why would the guy with the pointy tail be pleased? Isn’t the businessman his protege’?

Nah. Wiley’s a pretty good guy. For a vegan with a B-12 shortage…

Why aren’t we talking about Wiley’s brilliant combination of bug zappers and toilets to describe his version of justice…Carl Hiaasen would be proud of this one……
Ida No over 9 years ago
Ok, I said that the end of twitter, or 1 million free airline points would be acceptable signs that there is a god. But, a bug zapper above a toilet for the one percenters works, too.

I would bet that most businessmen of this sort don’t really believe in an afterlife, or if they do, they buy into the idea that all they have to do is say they’re sorry and believe in Jesus and they get into heaven regardless of anything they’ve done. It is obvious that they don’t believe that it is “more difficult for a rich man to get into heaven then for a camel to go through the eye of a needle.”

So, if I really like this idea, does that mean I’m on the bad guy’s side? He seems to like it, too.

Not really on topic but…if there are retirees, who are the retirers? Who actually does the retiring? I was thinking this the other day on the bus, where there’s a sign about “standees” and I was thinking “that must be uncomfortable”.

Would love to see every Liberal politician that signed that POS “healthcare” bill that I am forced by the feds to purchase going to that light.

The person who added the coloring to today’s edition should have known that the bordeaux and chicken leg should be light in color. Most people don’t have red wine with white meat.

I would have to think, that is a wonderful outcome for our entire Congess. Including the White House.

Clark Kent said:“I’m an Atheist but I certainly wish a fate like that on the thieves of wall street."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Clark Kent, I am totally with you.I sometimes lament that the only thing bad about being an Atheist is that it’s pointless to damn your enemies to hell.Oh, well. you gotta take the bad with the good.

I’m back. It took a while to get that piece of chicken out of my throat. (hehe)This is simply a comic about what we’d like to see happen to the greedy and it is funny.Of course greed exists at all levels and it is simply most evident with the rich. Mankind is easily evil enough without needing the existence of a “Devil”. All human caused disasters were simply the result of humans. Bad humans getting their way and good humans doing nothing to stop them until it’s too late. Natural disasters are the result of living on a living planet. The atheist comment about if there is a God, why would God let such evil abound? My response is "When are WE going to grow up? Instead if simply being “Children of God”, how about being “Adult Children of God” and start thinking for ourselves? Surprisingly, humanists seem to do this best. If you have to check your brains at the door when you enter a house of worship, why enter at all?The Bible has a lot of truths in it, just not very many facts. It’s not supposed to because it’s about people and relationships, not science. A lot of “religious” scholars seem to trip up on this bit of information, mostly those who have power and control issues themselves.I have never seen a Bible with the periodic table printed on its pages.

You know, someone once said that if there wasn’t a God, we’d have to invent him. I suppose that the same could be said about the Devil.
On the other hand, I find C.S. Lewis’ arguments for the existence of God to be very convincing.

“The Big 5 Health Insurance companies were aided by the PPACA.”-Well I would certainly hope so. Their lobbyists spent enough of their time and money writing the language for inclusion.
