Gladys: Why did you come in before you finished shoveling the snow? Brutus: I needed to re-rest!

Absolutely. Someone might be in good shape from walking or even running, but arm work may greatly impact on blood pressure.

I always take breaks while doing snow removal, but the cold is the main factor. When my hands start hurting, I come in to warm up and change gloves.
