You don’t usually see this sort of thing from bunnies.I saw a bunny’s entrails yesterday. I went out to tend the bird feeders just before sunrise and found 2/3 of a bunny. The head and front legs were missing. That was a bit odd. With a dusting of fresh snow, the only tracks visible were from deer. The deer is not a suspect, however. The crows seemed quite pleased. If they were not responsible, they were certainly accessories after the fact.
Ever since Teresa posted that cartoon about thought terminating cliches, I’ve been more alert. Found onehere: http://www.gocomics.com/learn-to-speak-cat/2015/02/04. Dry and Dusty says, :Guess it shows, FOLKS CAN AGREE TO DISAGREE, HUH? :-) PEACE, SIR!"
I don’t like the way that bunny is looking at the rest of us. I mean, we’re all witnesses now, aren’t we? Everybody watch your back… or your belly. I don’t know much about carrots as weapons, but it’s possible that that carrot can be used again for another heinous deed.
First, an old book manuscript from Harper Lee is found. Now, one (and pieces of other) stories from Dr. Seuss have been found. At least one of Geisel’s will be published, or has been. I wonder if Teresa has any “lost episodes” tucked away somewhere.
I looked up Rabbit of Caerbannog.“The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog is a fictional character in the Monty Python film Monty Python and the Holy Grail.” Haha! Good one.
It’s always the innocent-looking ones, isn’t it?!This is insidiously clever, even more than the ice-bullet: just eat the evidence and be on your way….CSI forensic pathologist: “I can’t yet identify the weapon, but it seems to have been a conoid-shaped, somewhat blunt puncturing device, like a…, a…, a long, thick, soft icepick….”
I think I saw something like this on CSI where a killer used a carrot knowing that the bunny would dispose of the evidence! The trail of bunny M&Ms is what tipped them off….YeeeeeeeeeeeeeAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!Won’t…get…fooled…AGAIN!!!

Rabbits are fertility symbols. This is all very Freudian. But maybe sometimes a carrot is just a carrot.

Quincy, M.E. (Jack Klugman) would have solved the case with the help of his faithful lab assistant, Sam Fujiyama (Robert Ito).

Paladin reference. Ancient television show.
Brass Orchid Premium Member about 10 years ago
But doesn’t that ruin the reference, driving a semi-blunt inappropriate secondary reference right into the middle of it?

That bunny definitely looks guilty. And I know my bunnies.
