The Feather is there because when even Evans grew sick of this one dimensional character and dumped him, however badly, you raised such a ruckus that he brought him back. He could have made a new and perhaps more interesting male character, but apparently the last interesting character went out with Dirk.

I like Quill. Doesn’t Luann deserve a nice guy who’s about as normal as a comic strip character can be?
