Actually it’s not a bad idea. You do a nice Guinness Punch, effectively Guinness Stout and sweetened condensed milk, and you run it through the ice cream maker. Sure, you need your freezer set REALLY cold to get it to harden, but it’s good.
Wow, I’d love a Guinness Popsicle.
A local place here serves wine ice cream, so…
The name will never do though…everybody is so obsessed with diet and fitness today….They’d buy a “Slimsicle” but not a “Stoutsicle”.
“GuinessPop?”
Mmm… a stoutcicle sounds delightful to me. But not a Guinness – blech, too chalky!
Is he a smooth hoperator? I’d like the Peter Piper Peppered Pale Ale…popsicle.
Someone did deep fried beer so why not this…
I’ve enjoyed beer floats for many a year. Best if you contrast the ice cream flavor with the beer style.
I prefer a nice breakfast beer…
Guinness is still brewed in Dublin, but the company is owned by an Italian firm.
Yes, I enjoy a Guinness occasionally, but when I drink beer, I prefer Sam Adams…
I can picture this in Portland.
Hopcicles would be my choice, both in flavor and in marketing.
It’ll be easier to handle.
