Man, that last panel reminds me of Charlie Brown and Linus at the end of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. I swear I hear Chris Shea reading Charlie Brown’s dialogue rather than Peter Robbins. Kinda weird hearing him sound like Linus.

Nice detail in panel 4. The lamp matches Charlie’s shirt.

Probably just as well; she doesn’t even know who he is, and wouldn’t even be very impressed anyway! Yep, the social equivalent of trying to divide a number by zero!

In the second panel, “5” looks like he doesn’t know how to react to Charlie Brown losing it.

This is about as tragic as Peanuts ever got.

Maybe after seeing his dreams go up in smoke, the trauma guided him to change his name and become Lex Luthor.

I think I remember how this arc ends and it’s very bittersweet.

This one’s always repeated. Linus winds up pitching a great game, and Charlie Brown gets mad at him.

Panic attacks are awful.
