BCE: Before Common Era. Yes, it’s the PC substitute for BC. CE, Common Era, is the PC substitute for AD. Don’t even get me started on how stupid these are. If you want to start a fist fight among historians (seriously!), just ask a bunch of them which they prefer, and wait for the fireworks.

I think Grog is on the right track. Unfortunately, I think it will have to be waaaaaaayyyy in the future before we stop being stupid. I’m not so sure we can get over the annoying part, however.

@Josh, I’m sure as soon as speech was invented, a man got angry with something/someone and there was some version of profanity. I have studied a great deal about the evolution of our language as a recreator of early centuries…

Time travel is like any other form of travel–just about anyplace/time you go will be better than where you are now… especially if you remember to make reservations at a four-star resort.

Even if they go to a time when there weren’t any other people, there would still be two, one of which finds the other at least annoying…
