Yup she took care of his hemorrhoids alright.. He needed to get up anyway to get some snacks..

Burl is a hemorrhoid.

Frankly, I’m surprised the hammock didn’t collapse without Ma’s help.

Is that blood splashing from his hemorrhoids?

Ma cuts the cord. Oops. Not her child. Sorry. .(Go ahead. Tell me you wouldn’t have if you’d been there.).((Somewhere, a bunch of scientists gather around a now broken scismograph in shocked awe.))

I thought those red lines were blood squirting out of poor Burl.

Okay I don’t like Burl . But Ma was just plain mean and deserves a son in law like him.

and of course Burl has hemorrhoids

I know it’s a cartoon but what kept the two ends from being pulled inward with all that weight, and Ma just cut one end, what cut the other end.

I like the way Barney did it to Fred in an early “Flintstones” episode: woke Fred up with a couple pokes, and before Fred was completely awake, Barney grabbed the side of the hammock with both hands, gave a hard yank (Burl weighs about the same as Fred…) and dumped Fred out onto the ground! Mmmmm. I wonder if Burl’s landing sounded like a big bass drum w/ cymbals like Fred’s did?

If Burl would eat a vegetable once in a while, he wouldm’t have hemorrhoids.And as if any birds would land in their yard and survive. They spray so much week killer around, its a wonder they can sit out there without gasping for air.
