What a shame…
And we wonder why kids grow into adults, like in Congress, who feel war is another game America just can’t lose at, taking that trophy from the MIC.
That’s why we have so many people wondering around with entitlement issues. So realistic today…
IMHO participation – where it was voluntary – should be recognized, but a ribbon or a commemorative pin would be more appropriate.
That’s like the difference in how much money went to the winner of the Women’s World Cup vs the last place men’s finisher.
