Frankly, I would have given Lucy those 2 dimes….and forced her to eat them!

Screwed up. The dog food and super dish were worth way more than what Lucy wanted. Should never have paid her. Plus now you’re in Snoopy’s bad graces.

Well, we called it. Charlie Brown was going to pay, and Snoopy was going to be ungrateful. :-)

Yucccch! Who wants that job???!?

Asking him to be humble was clearly the last straw.

Yay! The bill has been paid. Charlie Brown’s request was too difficult to provide. We do have to remember that Snoopy is a dog, a talented one at that.

Snoop affections can be bought…..but he’s not cheap. Twenty cents ain’t gonna do it!!!!

That food is a week old by now. I don’t blame snoop for not eating it.

He doesn’t even say thank you.

Snoopy: My pride is expensive than 20 cents.

If Snoopy wanted to pay that bill, he could have sold his pool table.

Snoopy: “I’m the famous WWI flying ace! My mission in life is to bring down that scourge of the skies, the Red Baron! What is this ‘humble dog’ you speak of?”

A great story arc of about 3 weeks!

Dogs do there job from inside. They are supossed to raise an alarm, not nessesarily engage the bad guys

Charlie Brown was the one who insisted Snoopy go see Lucy to begin with. He should have paid.

We all know the lesson here; money does not buy happiness…

Snoopy is Jewish and it’s an article of Faith that you should Never owe anyone money. .It’s where the Biblical injunction against Usury comes from.
