Poor Winky….that kid needs something happy in his life, besides a new spleen once a week.

With Dr. Mel helping you out, Winky, you might die before you need another spleen. How’s that for good luck?

“I used to think it was a terrible thing that life was so unfair. Then I thought, ‘what if life were fair, and all of the terrible things that happen to us came because we really deserved them?’ Now I take great comfort in the general unfairness and hostility of the universe.”

If there is a finite number of spleens in the universe, Winky is in big trouble.

Life’s unfair. Be happy you don’t get what you deserve. What if JOE is right and there is a here after? Oh Oh!

Babylon 5 could have used a giant scoprion pit now and then.

geedee: there used to be a theory called “continuous creation,” which postulated that the universe is expanding but in a steady state because matter is being constantly created to fill in the gaps produced by its expansion. However, the theory fell into obscurity because nobody could identify the point at which this new matter was appearing out of nothing. Now we know: it’s Winky’s spleen.

I think what Winky needs to do is sneak into the lab some night and use a few of the inventions on Dr. Mel…

Gloom, despair, and agony on me. Deep dark depression, excessive misery. If it weren’t for bad luck I’d have no luck at all. Gloom, despair, and agony on me.
