What an excellent party this will be!

Wow! Isn’t Lio the lucky one!

Ohh! I don’t know if I’d want to put my trust in the Flying Monkeys! But Lio looks happy, so I guess it’s okay.

I bet Lio’s gift is a bucket of water.

Monkey-to-your-door service! Impressive! Ephalba’s pulling out all the stops for this party!

Though I wouldn’t count on there being punch…

We’re off to see the Witch The Wickedest Witch of all Because, because, because because… She’s the wickedest witch there ever was….

The gift is a new broom.

I like the balloons. Do you think I could get some of those flying monkeys to transport Monkey 2 and her friends?

Ha! I just had a surprise party for my wife last night. Only without flying monkeys. Or the castle. And my wife is rather lovely.

But Lio would still be welcome!

I love the joke in a “Simpsons” parody of “Wizard” where the marching monkey guards are chanting “All we own, we owe”.

I thought transportation was to be a broom…why the monkey?

Because the brooms are reserved for the Potter party.

If only the witch had invited Dorothy this “delicately” before, things would have gone much more smoothly. Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha!

I just sent this to my ex and my daughter - most apropos! Mark Tatulli has assumed most gracefully the mantle set aside by Charles Addams, Gahan Wilson and Bill Watterson. Dark humor with a wonderfully child-like touch. I am always in awe.
