    Chili is another dish that is better later. I always make a huge amount and freeze it…..It’s actually better that way……It doesn’t stay around very long though, it’s too easy to thaw out and have hot bowl of chili on a cold winter day…….That’s how you do winter…..

    Lasagna and goulash taste better the next day too. Does Janice like aged beef? It hangs for weeks before it’s ready and it’s delicious!
