    That gasoline should go real well with Guard Duck’s cigarette. Bacon, anyone?

    Building a fire, and setting a building on fire … basically the same thing.

    Remember, friends: when the Little Scouts of L’il Guard Duck come knocking on your door to sell Little Scout cookies, buy in bulk! —Or else!

    Do they actually still come door to door anywhere? The only girl scout cookies I’ve bought in the past dozen years or so have been from co-workers whose daughters were in the scouts. Or sometimes they set up tables in front of grocery stores.

    thinking about it…the girl scouts are really a cookie business using children to sell the cookies(child labor).

    Our catsitter asked if we wanted to buy some (my wife wouldn’t allow them in the house, perpetual diet).No problem, but some for the troops in Afghanistan!

    The scouts remind me of the Galactic Girl Guides, from the Starstruck comics by Elaine Lee and Michael Wm. Kaluta. Great art and stories.

    When I was a little piglet, I went to Daisy’s one time. I came home scowling saying, “All they do there is girlie stuff like boring crafts and stuff” I think I would have done well in Duck’s L’il Scouts Troop.

    @Vonne Anton

    Didn’t you know. The reason Guard Duck has had so few appearances recently is that he’s been running NSA, FBI, ATF, and Homeland Security training programs lately.

    Once, I was on a campout with my troop. I had a really great fire going. I was carefully rearranging some wood, when some d!ckhead whipped a wiggle ball at my hand, causing a minor burn on my finger. I whipped the ball back at him (technically it was the ground several feet next to him. I’m not a good shot). Not even a minute later he whipped it at the back of my neck. I was about to throw it at him again when I realized, maybe I’m approaching the problem wrong. So I threw the ball in the fire and watched it melt. Anyway, there’s my fun story about fire.
