On the many occasions the strip addresses the sexual aspects of a loving relationship, juvenile locker-room comments are annoying; when the strip addresses other aspects of an adult relationship (and as you may discover when you grow up, Ralphie, ADULT relationships do have other aspects) such comments are just asinine. Next time youi’re thinking of writing something like that, stop, think about it, then step away from the keyboard and go away.
A kitchen for a Masonic lodge I visited was the recipient for everybody’s crock pot. It seemed like a good purchase at the time, but nobody really uses them.
They’re not unused. They’re between uses. I have shelves in a utility room for my “tools.” Among them are a pressure cooker and slow cooker, as in Arlo’s closet. They come out when needed, so I have room on the counters for the more often used grain mill, mixer and sous vide cooker.

Look at the bright side Janis, you don’t have to cook dinner every night.

I know it’s a silly question, but why would Arlo keep the microwave and the blender in the closet instead of on he counter where he can get to them?

Because Janis (and my wife) like having a nice clean, clear counter.

So now there’s not enough space in the kitchen cabinets for Arlo’s toy.s. er I mean tools. And a little while ago they were talking about down sizing.

I see that you are back on your computer in your mom’s basement again. Why aren’t you in school this morning?
