This is a good little arc. We get to find out who Frank, Oliver Wendall Jones’ Dad truly likes. As Frank was one of the 2 main characters (along with Steve Dallas) to cross the picket line with the scabs during the strike, the candidate whom Frank likes actually makes a bit of twisted sense……..

an’ Democrat self-doubt largely maintained thru today.

I went to a fairly conservative college, they invited Jesse Jackson to be a speaker we mostly didn’t agree with him but we were polite and listened and other than his antidrug bit at the end as we walked out, most people could remember what he said of any significance but unlike today when people protest someone with opposing views we were polite and gave him a chance.

As we are reading this the Party of Trump has a convicted Felon at the top of its ticket and was addressed by another convicted Felon. Both received wild cheers. Has the party of Abraham Lincoln really descended this far into the sewer?

Hilarious, the usual suspects can’t get their hatred fix on the political toons anymore, so they have come to Bloom County to spew it.

I remember the debate they had with Jackson and the other 2 candidates were kind of disrespectful. And those were the good old days
