    The point being that the USSR collapsed under the weight of Stalinist economics – mainly spending all their GDP on weaponry so they had to borrow to feed their people; what Ronnie Raygun did was put us on the same path. Collapse coming soon to a former Republic near you!

    The Soviet Union fell. Then went right back to obeying czarist type leaders. Putin is now repeating the cycle of imperial conquests. With considerably less success. At least until next year.
