Lucy: So you think all people are to blame for the problems you see? Danae: No...just all of the boy-people. ...And people who say,"You can't do that!" Or,"What were you thinking?!" Or,"because the universal laws of physics say it can't be done"...Ok...yes, I blame all people for everything wrong in the world. Lucy: On behalf of the rest of the animal kingdom, agreed.

Yeah, we do seem better able to make problems than to solve them.

You should blame the person who gave you that haircut, too.

So let’s fix it… first off it takes tolerance and acceptance of everyone being different…Okay, I guess we’re lost.

The universal laws of physics exist only in the minds of those who believe in them. Once their negativity is removed, anything is possible.

I’ve always wanted to see someone who doesn’t believe in the law of gravity simply show me how wrong that so-called law is by simply flap their arms and fly. I’ve never seen it, but maybe it’s because I don’t believe them. Ya think?

@Wiley MillerMr. Miller, I didn’t see your reply on Wednesday to my question until this morning – I was catching up after some time consuming personal business. The reason I thought Lucy may be British is that I never heard “bum” as a synonym for one’s backside used in natural conversation until we became friends with a London born and raised woman. Even her children used the expression. Of course, as Greyforest pointed out yesterday, with the popularity of the Harry Potter books and movies, “Britishisms” seem to be creeping into American vocabulary.

Humans tend to confuse cleverness with intelligence. Nature/the universe are intelligent; humans are clever, hence most of the problems we currently experience.

Canadians use “bum” too!

I blame Monty Python, not Harry Potter, for the Britishisms creeping into the American version of the English language.

Saying that it’s always the other’s guys fault is admitting we are powerless to do anything.
