Rat: I'm thinking about opening a 10,000 seat outdoor concert venue on our block. Goat: You can't do that. This is a residential neighborhood. At a minimum. You'd have to file an environmental impact report. Rat: I did. Have a look. "There will be noise." Goat: Could you add a little more detail? "Lotsa Noise."

seen noise disagreements with a small quaint apartment complex which was back to back with some small neighborhood pubs. The police actually had to sit out in the parking lot with noise meters to determine if the bands hired on the weekends, were too loud

The residents could make up for the noise by charging people to park on their lawns. That’s the way it used to be around Legion Field when Alabama used to play some home games there.

Rat doesn’t have to draw up a staid, formal Environmental Impact Statement, Goat. He just has to bribe know the right people in the local gummymint. Sorry, Neighbor Bob and Neighbor Nancy and Zeeba Neighba….

As wonderful as an expressway through a residential neighborhood … and they add those beautiful sound abatement walls. Nothing better for property value loss. Imagine, noise and diesel 24 X 7. Aah, eminent domain.

If you look closely at the wall that Goat and Rat are standing behind, you will notice tiny differences in each panel… which indicated to me that each panel was drawn individually. They may look very similar, but they were not copy-pasted.

Hope Pig doesn’t unleash his Libido there. Things could get ugly…

Shouldn’t be that impactful, after all rock and roll ain’t noise pollution.
