I never saw a leaf blower in the 60’s, which is supposedly when this cartoon takes place. They may well have existed, though. I certainly remember chainsaws.
SameAsOldFfred you are correct. Leaf blowers came into existence in the 70s, but I still love the image. And I agree with all of you, the artwork is wonderful.

I miss the trees changing in the fall. In this part of Texas they go from green right to brown and fall off, usually some time in December.
