The legend of the flood started when the Mediterranean Sea broke through to the Black Sea, doubling it’s size….It is still split into salt water at the top 600 feet and non salt water below. There are former beaches at the 600 ft level….

So we place a big damn at the head waters of the Rio Grande and whenever we spot border crossers in the water, we release a flood like in the Lord of the Rings those nasty Nazgul?
