see it’s Corn Pops. Any of you remember the old-time commercials where the character has a panic attack, finally gets the cereal, and says the slogan, “I gotta have my Pops”? Those were the days from my childhood back on TV.

Don’t cook tonight, call Chicken Delight..Unfortunately, Chicken Delight pretty much tanked in the US by the late ‘60s. I’m told they’re still in Canada, but that’s too far to go for takeout.

One of my Sat. morning t.v. staples. Wild Bill Hickock Show with Guy Madison and Andy Devine as Jingles. The cereal was one of my favorite snacks.

Pickles is the best, one of the few comic strips that make me laugh out loud! Almost always leaves me with a smile on my face…

If Earl is old enough to have a 1950 Studebaker, he’s the same age as my Dad. About 90. He was a cook’s helper in the Navy in WWII. If my Dad is allowed in the kitchen, he can make supper for himself and a lot of other people too.

A&W still exists in small towns. Not to sure about big cities as I now live in a 1million people + city but haven’t seen one in the last 14 years
