I’m missing the point here.

Horace summoned the ‘up’ arrow……and got it.

Who sent that? Maybe Horace’s arch(er) enemy.

Another meaning for elevator shaft?

Best effort at breaking the fourth wall we’ve seen yet! Congrats!!!

If that arrow had been a little more to the left, it would have hit something that’s not exactly a bull’s eye.

Maybe its lucky he wasn’t going down.

For Horace sake I just hope there’s not a row of those coming yet.

Horace doesn’t look the least bit alarmed. His expression and body language say, “Really. That’s what you’re bringing this time? Lame.”

I hope that never happens to me.

Maybe Horace had just read “Gulliver’s Travels” by Jonathan Swift, which includes horses in both Lilliput and Brobdingnag (the land of giants), as well as the (normal size) sentient talking horses, the Houyhnhnms.
