Patient: Ah...ok, I see...clearly, the system is rigged.
Sign reads: The 3-step health program.
1. Don't eat junk food.
2. Eat more nutritious food.
3. Exercise.
Also a nicely veiled way of saying that you won’t look into how the system is being rigged to not allow any corporations that are not official propaganda outlet corporations to engage in political speech if you know what is good for you.
My cardiologist said to eat more greens. I said, “You mean like lettuce, spinach and stuff like that?”. She said, “Yeah, you got it.”. I said, “That ain’t food. That’s what food eats to become food. Feed that green stuff to the cow and I’ll eat the healthy cow.”.
Doctors just love to yell about diet and exercise. They remain alarming silent about the high amount of overtime many of us are required to work, despite it’s toll on physical and mental health. They are completely silent about the junk food industry despite knowing that the “food” they produce is harmful.
As advanced as science is, you’d think SOMEBODY could make Brussel sprouts taste like butterscotch and broccoli taste like chocolate. I mean, somebody could make a fortune. . .
How does that saying go? It’s not the number of years that you live, it’s about the life in your years. The good lord gave me a healthy body, it’s my job to try to keep it that way.

While I’m not crazy about this three-step plan, it beats the heck out of Dr Oz’s two-step plan:
1. Don’t eat anything. Ever.
2. Arrange to give yourself perpetual diarrhea.

Nice example of a false equivalence.

I see the problem:
It says, “eat more nutritious food” and should say instead, “eat LESS nutritious food”
too much of a ‘good’ thing is BAD

Given what the government subsidizes and promotes as “healthy”, yes, the system is rigged. Eat meat, drink water.
