They argue over whether itâs rain or snow.They meet a Communist Party commissar friend named Rudolph. They decide to ask him whether itâs rain or snow. He says, âRain, definitely rainâBoris complains that Rudolph is wrong. Natasha says, âRudolph the Red knows rain, dearâ.
Good story but garbled. It happened right after the "We are not amused incident. The punster was Disraeli. The quote was âA sovereign is not a subject.â (A queen could be a subject to an emperor(ess).)

The âoldieâ is not a goodie only when played on Mike. If Mike plays it on someone else, it IS a goodie.
