I am one of the lucky ones, I eat what i want when i want and am always in good shape and i’m 62, it’s all in your genes. P.S. I do exercise once in a while but i am out on my property working a lot also, cutting trees , making firewood , making new trails, etc, etc,
I have a wonderful and sure fire way to loose weight.1. take a mouthful of any food.2 chew it twice.3 If it tastes really good – spit it out, it’s bound to be fattening. 4 back to 1 but try something else

Yeah, lucky me. In fifteen years, I managed to gain a hundred pounds. And research shows that older people, such as myself, can lose about five pounds… and that’s it. It’s mostly due to eating excessively and a little about becoming less active. The truth hurts… my scale.

I don’t try to eat less, I just try not to overeat, the food’ll digest easier and faster. Now, let’s see if you all can digest…
