Polar bears need to eat too!

One of Al Gore’s houses. It hasn’t become beach front property like he promised. Trying to cut his losses.

The home has an energy efficient domed roof, and modern pod design. It’s in an ideal location ( a predominantly all-white neighborhood ) and, if you discount the polar bears occasionally purloining a pike or pickerel for their pizzas, a crime-free environment.

What more could you ask for ?
