Aww Mr. Burke is da best. I’d be that one kid who would know Friday’s off but doesn’t doesn’t connect two and two so ends up writing this super elaborate note with reindeer and ufos and salami ninjas anyways

Haha! This was wonderful! Generally I have been rather neutral about Mr. Burke’s character, as he doesn’t show up too often….but…. this was funny and humorous and all around very fun.

I doubt he will ever be as great a character (IMO) as Principal Spaetzel or Mrs. Olsen, but I am thinking this puts him up on a higher ranking, probably along the level of Coach (who I also like).

Since creative seems to be the key element here, I have no qualms if a teacher creatively uses a free day to boost creativity in the class. I am rather impressed.
