Since 1930, there have been fewer than 10 left-handed catchers in Major League Baseball. Until it is old enough to find its own food, an Emperor penguin chick is fed about 185 pounds of regurgitated seafood- 92.5 pounds from each parent. Katie Aiani of California has spent more than $65,000 collecting Harry Potter memorabilia and even has part of a handwritten letter she received from JK Rowling tattooed on her arm!

the tattoo cannot be real; it wasn’t made by J.K. in the same tattoo parlor

30 left handed throwing catchers have played in MLB. Seven of them only caught in a single game. Only five left-handed throwing catchers have cought 100+ games. Only 1, Jack Clements (1884-1900), was a career catcher (minimum of 800 games caught). There have also been very few throwing left- handers at 2B, 3B, SS.

And I’ll bet she got herself a pet owl, and named it Hedwig.

What a waste of money, I would not even spend one cent of someone else’s money on that Harry Potter crap!

Honey, you only regurgitated 90 pounds. You need to cough up the other 2.5.

10 to 1 says Katie has more than one cat.

It’s harder for a left handed catcher to throw past a right handed hitter, especially important when a runner is trying to steal second or third.

Concrening the story about the catchers……I’m sure it has something to do with throwing a guy out at first. The right arm is closer.

I’m pretty certain that the vast majority of baseball players catch with their left hand…

Most of the left-handed guys are at First where it’s a big advantage.

Any culture where someone can waste $65K like that is damaged.

Wonder if Katie goes on any other rides and stuff at Universal Orlando besides Potter land.
