This is the first time zombies have ever laughed

Humans laugh at each other a lot. Why can’t zombies?

Why shouldn’t zombies get the giggles? You can’t spend the whole day lurching around looking for brains to eat.

How long can they laugh about each other?

What do vegetarian zombies eat?

Graaaaains!

There’s nothing like a good giggle to lighten the heart. :-)

I am surprised Calvin knew that he wasn’t a real zombie.

Why is it so satisfying to see Calvin and Hobbes crack up?

I’ve become “zombiefied” with some of my friends and we’ve gotten the giggles. Then, we usually get the munchies.

Love those facial expressions in panel #2.

Now I have the giggles.

The transformation of faces, from purely zombie to absolutely innocent, through panel 2, the crack up, is wonderful. I’d say this strip is a big moment for our Calvin and Hobbes!
