Transcript:
Janis: Go ahead! See if you can tell! Is it the expensive wine, or the cheap stuff?
Arlo: Well, if "expensive" were thirty dollars a bottle, it would be one thin,
Arlo: ...but in a joint where "expensive" is six bucks, it gets tougher!
I am no wine expert by anyone’s definition, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a really good wine, and I intend to keep it that way. Five or six bucks a bottle is fine, and sadly, Walmart carries a $3/bottle wine that’s not at all bad. I don’t like all of it, but the pinot grigio is a regular purchase.

We used to get a box of grey wine Fridays. That’s the colour it stained the desk.

$6.00 is expensive. You can get a lot of diet Pepsi for that.

I’ve had $30 a bottle wine (at someone’s wedding, so I didn’t have to pay for it), and wouldn’t have paid 5 bucks for it.

I never developed a taste for wine. White is OK, but to me reds all taste like vinegar, even the ones other aficionados claimed were great.

I’m hearing stories of $29.00 GLASSES of wine. Don’t think I’m gonna try it.
