So, is it safe to conclude that the violin was NOT a Stradivarius?

Same thing happened to me when I played my bagpipes late one night.

“Ohh, my beautiful Stradivarius!”

To understand, you have to hear things from his perspective. Only then, will you realize he was much too easy on you.
