Elvis was an only cat for awhile, and he’s never forgotten.

I’ve got a similar situation – we adopted a kitten three days ago. George has resigned himself to the addition – the alpha female, Mokume…has not.

I have a mini schnauzer who is constantly reaching up to be carried. Most of the time, I just hoist her up, without even thinking about it.

Uh oh! A newer comic has pushed “Breaking Cat News” off of Most Liked. If this continues, action will have to be taken.

Hey, fellow cat servants! Do any of you have any advice on how to get one of your cats to stop putting all her toys in the water bowl? It annoys my other two cats, who then avoid drinking the water. I keep adding water bowls so that Howard and Cosima will have clean water, but Helena just puts toys in those bowls too…constantly. Why do cats do this?

You could try a fountain-type water bowl.

my kitty bogart sometimes puts his favorite toy mousies in his dry food bowl. any thoughts why he’d do that?
