Dedicated and charitable readers will remember that all thinkers, be they writers, artists of all genres, musicians, and even philosophers sometimes suffer through frustrating but unavoidable doldrums. Itās the same with almost any human endeavor. But, like the proverbial writerās block these periods usually generate renewed energy and perhaps new directions, all of which benefit the faithful.
Lots of people areāt getting this reference. For some strange reason, this video went viral: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0E00Zuayv9Q . Thatās why Peter is calling Thor a sellout.
Iām reminded of an old B.C. wherein they discussed what to call that thing inside us pumping the blood around. One of them said, āI know, letās call it a HART!ā Curls called him a bootlicker.
Yep, its official, Iām an old coot and gotta do my research on Wikipedia into the lingo of the āutesā (kinda like āUgeā, NY Trumpspeak for huge, but this is a NJ āspressionā meaning youths but pronounced like the possessive of the Ute tribe). Keep up or miss the joke and I do like to start my mornings with a laugh rather than a scratch on and a tilt of the head. Thanks for the reference and thank God for the comments which make the cost of GoComics worth every penny.
