Yeah, when you use vine ripe tomatoes, still warm from the sun, they will be juicy. Eating over the sink works for me, but easier still to clean up if you eat it outside with a nice, ice cold glass of lemonade. MUCH easier to clean up!

Works for wet Italian Beef sub too.

It’s peak tomato season here. We have red, yellow and orange beefsteaks, buckets of cherry tomatoes and ditto plums.

Who want to waste a fresh vine ripened tomato on a BLT ?? Rather have it in my hand with a salt shaker(in the other) and eat it right out of my hand ! ! !

Good food is seldom tidy food

And don’t forget – if it’s a meal eaten over the sink, you should be wearing an eatin’ shirt (aka pre-stained).
