Copenhagen has distributed lily sculptures to serve as urinals to legalize what people were doing illegally anyway.

J.J. is hardly original in displaying urinal “art”. Marcel Duchamp was first to attempt do it 100 years ago in N.Y. Look up Marcel Duchamp Fountain (Wikipedia). It’s considered by many to be the beginning of conceptual art. Trudeau is well aware of its origins and uses that to emphasize J.J.‘s and many conceptual artist’s lack of originality.
