I guess in Tracy’s world criminals who stage prison breaks quickly fade away in obscurity, with no alerts continually issued to the public & non-stop searches, dragnets, & heavy law enforcement visibility in surrounding communities. Therefore, they can go out in public with no fear of being identified or apprehended.
I might have said, is Ox dumb enough to fall for Sprocket’s lame excuse for wanting a car? But then I took into consideration that he is reading a Dennis the Menace comic book….
Still, this Nitrate getaway scheme seems very shaky to me.
