Was Rufus “Suited Up” for additional roles as well?

Collect your pay before leaving. Whatever a circus might pay.

He may have a valid workplace safety complaint and claim. He shouldn’t talk to anyone until he gets legal representation from the law office of Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe.

Darn. I would not be opposed to Rufus staying at the circus and letting it travel far away from Gasoline Alley. Joel is the important character of this duo, and he can definitely carry a story arc all by himself. I used to enjoy Rufus as a foolish side-kick…. but then he started being rather mean and ornery to Joel…. and that was not appropriate.

Ruthless is a quitter. He quit pursuing the love of his life when Spam Jackson stole his thunder. And now it looks like his new career is shot. Jor-El should either try and talk some sense into him.

In real life the circus wouldn’t hire someone for ‘human cannonball’ who didn’t have sufficient experience. And Rufus doesn’t. Magnus, on the other hand …& Such cannons are calibrated to shoot smaller distances, and the fabric of circus tents doesn’t rip that easily.— I know, I know. It has to be funny.
