I’m noticing that shade of brown for her eyes is being used more frequently by some of these colorists. And I do not like it. It’s not quite natural. Come to think of it, neither is his blue, but it’s much less frequent than that brown.
I think they are older than seven. That would be second grade. Also, pop bottles are 2 liters so most kids are familiar with it. And, it’s an American comic strip so liter is correct.
For some unknown reason, my ipad corrects my spelling to British. I used to change it, but now I don’t bother. Liter. Well it doesn’t do it ALL the time!

Besides which, the official spelling is litre, not liter.

Unfortunately, today’s effort was too forced, IMO, to elicit a chuckle.
