I have one that had a post in it with a crown. The dentist said it had a cavity under the crown. The tooth had part chipped off when I got the crown. When the dentist removed the crown and the post, the news was that it can’t be saved. Now it’s just barely above the gum line. I guess they’ll have to break/cut it into pieces to get it out. My regular dentist doesn’t pull teeth. They have another dentist that comes in on Saturdays to pull teeth.
